Appointed as Country Advisor to lead Business Finland’s strategic and operational engagement with Ukraine’s reconstruction, with a focus on critical infrastructure, sustainable energy, construction, defence technologies, and humanitarian demining. The role includes facilitating Finnish public-private participation in resilience and infrastructure investment projects, identifying donor co-financing mechanisms (e.g., IFIs, EU, and bilateral aid), and supporting bilateral and multilateral dialogues with Ukrainian government institutions, municipalities, and international partners.

Appointed as Lead Consultant to design and implement a strategic assessment for Business Finland on piloting Finnish defence and dual-use innovations in Ukraine. The assignment focused on mapping key public and private stakeholders, including military procurement agencies, innovation accelerators, donor-backed procurement channels, and frontline demand networks, while identifying practical pathways for Finnish SMEs to test and scale technologies in real-world operational environments. The role included stakeholder outreach, feasibility analysis, and delivery of actionable recommendations to support Business Finland’s Defence and Digital Resilience programme.
